Pricing

Our prices are clear, transparent and upfront. What you pay is based on the number of properties that you manage, so you know what your costs will be and can manage your budgets. 

What's included

Your annual fee includes:

• Hosting of the application online
• On-going support by telephone or email
• Training on updates and new features
• Database maintenance

We also charge a one-off set-up fee. We prefer to charge this one-off fee so that we can keep our annual costs down - as new system users you will require more system support so this fee helps us to provide additional training throughout your first year of using the system. However we don't think you need to pay for this every year, so it's not included in your subsequent annual fee. The set-up fee covers:

• Database set-up & back-up implementation
• Half-day full system training
